The responsibilities of a Team Lead include leading a team of developers and engineers comprised of front-end, back-end and QA developers. Will plan and lead the software engineering projects working closely with senior leadership, product owners and other business stakeholders.

• The role will be a split in terms of technical hands-on development and managing a development team

• Serve as subject matter expert representing your teams
• Mentor, coach, and lead a team of high functioning and highly talented individuals
• Ensure team maintain focus on quality and continuous software delivery
• Manage recommended designs based on business and technology requirements. Identify issues and concerns
• Continuously discover, evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

To perform in this role, we would like you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant experience
• Excellent team leadership and communication skills
• Strong experience with .NET Framework (ASP.NET, Web Services), .NET Core 3.1 (MVC, Web API), ReactJS, Bootstrap 4, Oracle, SQL Server, JavaScript, HTML, CSS Strong understanding of relational databases and very good knowledge of OOP principles and design patterns.
• Ability to operate in a highly iterative Agile (Scrum) development environment and deliver significant functionality every week
