If you’ll join our team as a Business Analyst, you will be challenged to:

• Understand customer's needs.
• Translate the business requirements in detailed BRDs.
• Do requirements analysis and clarification
• Prepare the technical documentation in collaboration with a technical person
• Prepare the backlog, write the user stories and the acceptance criteria
• Conduct story refinement sessions with development/QA and gather estimates.
• Be a bridge between stakeholders and development team
• Build strong partnership with cross teams,
• Participate and bring input in the Agile ceremonies: sprint planning daily scrum, retrospective.
• Active participate in the development cycle of a feature from develop to post-launch.

To perform in this role, we would like you to have:

• +3 years' experience as Proxy Product Owner/Business Analyst.
• Good analytical skills and proven experience in analyzing complex business rules
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Team Player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
