If you’ll join our team, you will be challenged to:

• Facilitate the timely production of software through the effective management of cross functional teams
• Build and maintain teams, ensuring they are motivated, collaborating and working well together
• Identify obstacles and help the team to overcome them
• Clear any impediments that may slow down the team’s progress on a project and set the timelines on which products will be delivered
• Be strong communicator and have expert knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Define the shape for the projects, set priorities and ensure work is completed on time

Tasks and duties

• Management and tracking of all commitments
• Ensure team(s) maintain focus on quality and continuous software delivery
• Maintain contact with client at an executive level, focusing on the strategic nature of the relationship
• Review release plans and manage priorities
• Defining project scope and resource requirements
• Setting timelines for deliverables
• Defining and managing priorities against the available capacity of team members
• Negotiating with internal and external stakeholders
• Creating a collaborative, innovative and efficient working culture
• Managing cross–disciplinary teams
• Upholding morale and team performance in challenging circumstances
• Encouraging regular iteration on deliverables
• Ensuring the regular delivery of projects and products in accordance with Agile methodologies
• Track and escalate impediments, and manage risks and dependencies

To perform in this role, we would like you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant experience
• Previous experience in similar roles or roles like Project Manager, Product Manager
• Excellent team leadership and communication skills
• Excellent analytical thinking and Problem-solving skills
• Experience in client engagement (account management, relationship with stakeholders on client side, responsibility on business reviews, etc.)
• Must have worked/handled major IT projects and delivered end to end
