To perform in this role, we would like you to:

• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience working with complex applications
• Know-how of UX principles and best practices and advocating for a user centered design
• You should also be well versed in mapping customer journeys, visualizing concepts through wireframes and flows, prioritizing scalable information architecture, managing detailed workflows around tech constraints, building intuitive interactions and creating detailed prototypes
• Be proficient in Figma, Adobe, Jira, Confluence or other design and team management tools
• Have experience working with and/or creating Design Systems
• Have the ability to work independently across all areas of UX: research, visual design, interaction design, information architecture etc
• Be an excellent team player, communicator and have great interpersonal skills to be able to work successfully with teams across the organization, including Product Management, Engineering ang User Experience
• Be comfortable balancing design with business and technology perspectives and effectively collaborating with an agile and lean approach.

 If you’ll join our team, you will be challenged to:

• Work closely with your project team in understanding the user needs, business requirements and technical constraints in order to create the best possible solutions for your product
• Be involved in life of the product from discovery to implementation, offering support as needed
• Create user flows, wireframes, high fidelity prototypes and other design deliverables as needed
• Moderate discovery and iteration workshops and drive the design process in a collaborative manner with cross-functional teams
• Be comfortable with giving and receiving feedback as you will be encouraged to motivate your decisions
