The responsibilities of a Team Lead include leading a team of developers and engineers comprised of front-end, back-end and QA developers. Will plan and lead the software engineering projects working closely with senior leadership, product owners and other business stakeholders.

To perform in this role, we would like you to have:

• Excellent team leadership and communication skills
• Strong experience with .NET Framework
• Strong understanding of Oracle and MSSQL database servers
• Container based tools (OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes - hosted or cloud)
• Queuing technology (Kafka, Rabbit MQ)
• Background jobs and workers (Hangfire)
• Caching/indexing technology (Redis, Elasticsearch)
• Monitoring systems - Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus (elk, efk)
• Ability to operate in a highly iterative Agile (Scrum) development environment and deliver significant functionality every week
• Strong understanding of relational databases and very good knowledge of OOP principles and design patterns
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant experience
