• Translate business requirements into detailed BRDs.
• Conduct requirements analysis and clarification.
• Prepare technical documentation in collaboration with technical experts.
• Manage the backlog, write user stories, and define acceptance criteria.
• Lead story refinement sessions with development/QA teams and gather estimates.
• Act as a bridge between stakeholders and the development team.
• Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily scrum, and retrospectives.
• Engage in the full development cycle of features, from development to post-launch.
• Identify AI opportunities in business processes.
• Define requirements for AI-driven features.
• Evaluate AI performance.
• Integrate AI into the product lifecycle. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful AI implementation.
  

To perform in this role, we would like you to have:

• 3+ years of experience as a Proxy Product Owner/Business Analyst.
• Strong analytical skills and proven experience in analyzing complex business rules.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for leveraging AI in business analysis.
