To perform in this role, we would like you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry practice;
• Proven experience in technical leadership and mentorship;
• Strong hands-on development background in Java 17+ and Spring Boot;
• Experience with Camunda 8 (preferable Self-Managed), inclusive:
• Zeebe (workflow engine)
• Operate, Tasklist, Optimize
• Connectors (REST, Kafka)
• Modeler (BPMN/DMN)
• Proficiency in designing and developing REST APIs;
• Experience with Kafka in event-driven architectures;
• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL or Oracle;
• Experience in microservices architecture;
• DevOps skills (CI/CD, container orchestration, monitoring, security);
• Coding AI agent tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Windsurf;

Nice to have experience with:

• Indexing and caching technologies (e.g. Elasticsearch, Redis);
• Containerized environments (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift);
• Observability tools (e.g. Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus);
• Security frameworks (e.g. OAuth2, Keycloak, Spring Security);
• Testing & Quality tools: JUnit 5, Mockito, Wiremock, OpenAPI/Swagger;
• Logging & Monitoring: ELK Stack (ElasticSearch, Logstash, Kibana);
• CI/CD pipelines: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI;
• Version control: Git, GitHub/GitLab;

If you’ll join our team, you will be challenged to:

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize solutions while developing new features;
• Lead the implementation of Camunda-based workflows and decision models;
• Contribute to discovering, evaluating and implementing new technologies and approaches to maximize development productivity;
• Assist with and supervise the ongoing development tasks;
• Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, and security;
