Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the planning, designing, and execution of manual tests for mobile applications under the guidance of senior team members.
• Developing and maintaining basic testing scenarios, test cases, and associated documentation.
• Identifying, documenting, and reporting defects in bug tracking systems with the support of the team.
• Collaborating with the development and design teams to understand and resolve identified issues.
• Participating in the review of requirements and specifications to ensure their testability, with guidance from senior QA members.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies as part of a team effort.
• Learning from and supporting more experienced members of the QA team.
• Ability to work under supervision and seek guidance when needed.

To perform in this role, we would like you to have:

• 2+ years of experience in manual testing of mobile applications.
• Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with defect tracking and management tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to identify issues with guidance.
• Basic knowledge about the design guides and standards of mobile platforms.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage tasks with support.
• Willingness to learn about API testing.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Cline, Windsurf, or other AI coding tools.

Additionally, it would be great to see that you:

• Have an interest in learning about performance and security testing of mobile applications.
• Are curious about test automation tools, although the role is primarily manual.
