As a SAP FI/CO Consultant you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our financial and accounting processes through the implementation and maintenance of SAP Financials (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient utilization of SAP systems to meet business objectives.

To perform in this role, we would like you to have:

- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Informatics, or Polytechnic 

- Over 6 years of experience in consulting companies delivering SAP solutions in the financial area, focusing on financial clients

- Good knowledge of financial and controlling processes, with specific Romanian legislation

- Solid knowledge of SAP FI and CO configuration

- Experience in independently delivering projects and managing consultants

- Experience in interpersonal communication with influence in organizational change

- Mentoring skills, good facilitator

- Knowledge of project methodology, coaching new colleagues

- Ensuring professional and responsible collaboration with solution beneficiaries

- Creativity in problem-solving

- Continuous desire for development

- Adaptability and flexibility, managing deadlines, working in a dynamic environment

- Delivering greenfield SAP S/4HANA projects in on-premise or private cloud environments
